Refund Policy

Vital Guard subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Fortify 24x7 (statement descriptor: FORTIFY 24X7).

First 14 days

Not happy in your first 14 days? Contact us and we'll refund your first month in full, no questions asked.

After that

Cancel anytime — cancellation stops the next renewal, and your service runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial months, except where a refund is required by law or the charge resulted from a billing error on our side (which we will always refund).

How to request

Email support@vitalguardtech.com from your account email with the receipt number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
